The Comprehensive Plan is a crucial document in order to plan and achieve the long term goals of the City of Webster. The Comprehensive Plan addresses issues such as land use, transportation, community enhancement, public safety and implementation for the next twenty (20) years and beyond. This plan was formally adopted by City Council on September 16, 2014 and will help guide the City.
In 2009 the City has adopted a more specific plan for the redevelopment of the NASA Parkway corridor into an iconic street and mixed-use area of the City.
Webster's previous Comprehensive Plan was adopted on February 3, 2009 and was replaced by the currently adopted plan on September 16, 2014. This plan predecessor was the Comprehensive Plan approved in 2001, please see the links below for the historic Comprehensive Plans for the City.
