Abandoned / Unclaimed Property
The City of Webster, Texas is holding various types of property, valued at $100 or less, which were unclaimed and presumed abandoned and are subject to Title VI, Chapter 76 of the Texas Property Code. Pursuant to Sec. 76.201 of the Texas Property Code, the City of Webster is publishing the names of those persons/entities for whom the City is holding unclaimed property valued under $100. Any person with a legal or beneficial interest in the property being held may view a list of the owners names below. A completed claim form and specified proof of ownership will be required to establish the owner’s right to receive the property.
