TXDOT will be performing Ditch Cleaning on the north bound frontage road of I-45 from NASA Parkway to Dixie Farm Road. The work will be performed from 8AM to 3PM (weather permitting).
July 30, 2010
TXDOT will be alternating lane closures on the Bay Area Blvd. Bridge across I-45 and the inside lanes of I-45 underneath the Bay Area Blvd. Bridge on July 30. The lane closures will occur from 10 PM to 9 AM. TXDOT will be performing maintenance work on the Bay Area Blvd. bridge.
Beginning August 15, 2010, CenterPoint Gas Company will be closing the outside south bound lane on El Camino Real between Gemini Avenue and El Camino Village Drive for two months. The closure is necessary to relocate an existing gas line along El Camino Real off of the existing bridge structure and install the new gas line underground. The work is scheduled to be completed September 15, 2010. Motorists can expect delays in the area until the work is completed.
This work is part of the utility relocation required to allow Harris County to widen El Camino Real sometime during the end of 2010 or early 2011.
