NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A PUBLIC HEARING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEBSTER, TEXAS WILL BE HELD ON TUESDAY, THE 5TH DAY OF DECEMBER 2017, 6:00 P.M. IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS AT 101 PENNSYLVANIA AVENUE, WEBSTER, TEXAS 77598, AT WHICH TIME THE CITY COUNCIL WILL RECEIVE PUBLIC COMMENTS ON THE FOLLOWING REZONING REQUEST:

Proposed Rezoning of property within the City of Webster located at 20602 Gulf Freeway (HCAD #0361680000005) from C-2 (Second Commercial District) to C-3 (Third Commercial District). 

Legal Description: A tract or parcel containing 3.458 acres (150,618 square feet) of land situated in the Robert Wilson Survey, A-88 Harris County, Texas, being out of and a portion of the remainder of Lot 5 and Lot 6 of Block 8, Webster Outlots, a subdivision of record in Volume (Vol) 67, Page (Pg.) 197 of the Harris County Deed Records.
